We’re looking for passionate, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to volunteer* at the Milan Coffee Festival 2021.

A wider range of volunteer opportunities are on offer in 2021 than ever before, from half-day general festival runner roles to 3-day Senior Volunteer positions guaranteeing front-line Event Management & Coffee Industry experience and insight.

In exchange for volunteering at the festival, you will receive a hands-on experience with full access, outside of your volunteer shift, to explore the festival!

Which role would you like to be considered for as part of the volunteer programme?

Half-Day Volunteer - half day shift, as general festival runner, supporting Production Team across the Festival
Full-Day Volunteer - full day shift, assisting the Festival’s Operations or Stage Management Teams in one of the following areas Front of House, Information Desk, Latte Art Live, The MCF Shop
Senior Volunteer - 3 days as part of the core Live Production Team, supporting in the running of Main Feature Stages. A hands-on role offering front-line Event Management & Coffee Industry experience and insight
