Berberè
Berberè was founded in Bologna in 2010 by Matteo and Salvatore Aloe with the goal of making good artisanal pizza with a pop soul and extreme care for ingredients, doughs and recipes. Their strenghts? Organic and sustainable flours, living sourdough and simple well-done ingredients.

The menu dedicated to the Milan Coffee Festival is a mixture of tradition and taste: three beloved classics - Margherita, Diavola and Bufala - and the tasty, melty, delicious 4Superformaggi.
