Michael Gardenia is a photographer and content creator based out of his Fusillo Lab, a studio and creative space that is also host to many coffee themed events.
Ciao Michael! What is your favourite way to take coffee?
In my daily life I always start with a filter coffee using a V60 or Aeropress and specialty coffee obviously.
What is your favourite part of Milan?
I would say my neighbourhood, Morivione, south of the Darsena.
What's your favourite dish?
Definitely a breakfast dish. It can be either sweet or savoury. Toast made with excellent flour, or croissants. I really like to change it up.
What is your essential piece of clothing?
It's not really a piece of clothing, I would say more an accessory, but my backpack. If I don't wear it I feel that something is missing behind my back, and it is very practical because I always have everything I need with me.
